The space The property is situated opposite our house and is a separate building above our garage. Step into your cozy abode and be greeted by a bright and airy living space. Property features:- **Bedroom** complete with a comfortable double- size bed and soft linens with homely decor creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with seating and TV. **Kitchen** a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and oven making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast with a view. **Bathroom** with a shower and fresh towels. The main house, the parking outside the main house, our patio situated at the rear of the property and our garage are restricted to our family only. Other things to note Neighbourhood highlights Farley Green is in the beautiful Surrey Hills AONB, local places of interest like Shere, Newlands Corner, the Silent Pools and Silent Pool Distillery are right on our doorstep. Guildford is 7 miles away with great connections to London. Getting around Farley Green is rural, there is no bus and the lanes are small. Ideal for bikes, horses and walkers. You will need a car to get here, but there is parking when you do.
