After a sporty bike tour through the Bavarian foothills, a leisurely hike along the Jakobsweg or a day of swimming at Lake Starnberg, you will find your little refuge for a relaxing night. In addition, Munich invites you with theaters, museums, shops and the wonderful beer gardens. The space A cozy living room/bedroom with open bathroom (the whole is a room, the bathroom is not separated from the living room/bedroom) and separate toilet for your own use awaits you. The fixed sofa bed has a width of 160 cm and the room has blackout curtains. In summer, it is pleasantly cool in the room due to the location in the basement but still bright due to the orientation to the west. In the cooler season, a large radiator, a thick wool carpet and a wooden floorboard provide cozy warmth. Guest access Your room is in the basement of our renovated semi-detached house. It has its own entrance on the side of the house, which can be reached via a spiral staircase. At the top of the stairs is a bench for you where you can enjoy your coffee in the sun in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. Other things to note XL beach towels are available for the day at the lake. The white towels can stay at home.
