Our 60m2 apartment is located in Madrid, a few steps from Calle Orense and less than 500 meters from Paseo de la Castellana, Calle Sor Angela de la Cruz or Bravo Murillo. Only 12 minutes walk from the famous Bernabeu stadium :) It takes half an hour by subway (line 1) to the tourist center of Madrid. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space In a building without elevator, the house is located on the 1st floor, it is necessary to climb stairs to access. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a lounge area with sofa, a trundle bed that opens to use the two single beds (90x200) and television, in an area open to a dining table. ***We are currently only able to offer 1 of the 2 beds. Sorry for the inconvenience - a kitchenette open to the living room - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed size 160x200 - 1 bathroom It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has heating by a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms. It is regulated by a thermostat. The house does not have air conditioning but you will have available 2 portable fans and 1 ceiling fan. The hot water is operated by a gas heater. Parking in the area is limited and charged: there are blue and green areas. It can be difficult to find a parking space.
