Bright, comfortable Hove flat

Situated in the historic Poet's Corner of Hove, my home is ideal for a seaside getaway or peaceful work stay. The flat is South-facing and we have lovely outside space. You can access all that Brighton and Hove has to offer and come back to rest and relax in this fully equipped home. Hove beach is less than 15 minutes by foot and all amenities are within walking distance. I live here and list the flat on dates I am away from home, so I request no parties or group events at the property. The space A king-size bed offers a comfortable sleep in the main bedroom, with a separate dedicated office (or second room with sofa bed for an additional guest). There is a fully equipped kitchen with most items available and basic ingredients if you wish to cook. The lounge has a TV enabled with Netflix access and a few games for indoor evenings. If the weather permits you can enjoy sitting on the balcony or in the shared garden. Guest access You will have sole use of the property whilst I am away. Other things to note Please note that there are 2 staircases to reach the flat - there is no lift in the building.
