The villa features a cozy queen-sized bed, a big bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet, a full kitchen, and a welcoming living area. Relax and soak in the beauty of the sunset from the balcony overlooking the sea. Other things to note The published rate is for 2 guests. This house can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests subject to additional charges (per person) after the 2nd guest. We charge ₱1,500 per extra guest per night for adults and ₱500 for children up to 11 yrs old. Children aged 12-17 are charged ₱1000. (Provided with own towel and sheets and mattresses) A backup generator is in place in case of power outages. Beach access: we have a private access to the beach straight from the cliff to the beach. This access is exclusive only to our guests. The house is perched on a 4,500 sqm lot and shares space with a bigger villa on the other corner of the property. In case that both villas have guests, they will share the main gate as main access. Internet connection is inconsistent. There are times that connection is completely down so kindly note this in case you have online work. We have a pocket wifi for backup.
