($10 beach stickers for your vehicle are available at the Big Store). We have a pop-up TENT to provide shade against the TX sun, beach blankets and towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, sand toys for the littles, cooler, portable baby playpen, kickboards, games and more! Complimentary starter amount of K cups, condiments, laundry detergent, toilet paper and toiletries will also be provided. We are pet friendly and welcome up to 2 small dogs weighing less than 25 pounds each for a fee of $50 per dog. **Must be at least 25 years of age to rent. **ALL parties and large gatherings must be preapproved. We welcome bachelorette parties! **No smoking allowed on premises We've created a custom guidebook with local recommendations on places to eat, shop and get groceries that can be emailed to guests with a confirmed reservation. Address to the house, along with your unique 6-digit access code and Wi-Fi password will be provided approximately 24 hrs before check-in.
