Simmenau View

This very unique, private cabin is truly special because of the beautiful views of Namibian fauna & flora, wild animals grazing at the lake below (or coming to your doorstep!🤩) and magnificent sunsets! This cozy, romantic cabin is selfcatering, but meals can be ordered. The price is per person per night. A sleeper couch (for a small kid) is in the study room. The location might not accessible for a very small sedan, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Closest shops/restaurants are in Windhoek. The space Simmenau is a cattle and game farm. The cabin is situated 500m from the main house and Simmenau Farmstay, where the rescue animals can be visited and meals (on request) be enjoyed. The lake are surrounded by game and birds and you're welcome to hike around the property. Other things to note The cabin is for 1 - 2 people (1 standard double bed). A sleeper couch is available for small kids. Price is per person per night (single or sharing). Take note that wild animals are roaming around and your engagement with them, is at own risk. Please bring cash for extras like meals requested (please arrange this beforehand) or drinks from the bar. Namibian Dollar/ Rand/Euro/US$ are all acceptable, thanks! We have a low carbon footprint. Energy is supplied using an off-grid solar system and a gas geyser. Thus electrical devices with high electricity consumption like hairdryers and irons should be used sparingly, please.
