Our guest suite is a spacious studio apartment on the second floor of the house, featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a convenient kitchenette — thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. You’ll also have access to a brand-new in-ground pool and lounging deck — perfect for sunbathing, cooling off, or simply admiring the breathtaking rainforest and coastline views. Lower unit remains vacant. 🌅 Panoramic rainforest and ocean views 🚗 Renting a vehicle is highly recommended. 🏖️ Pool Maintenance & Guidelines 🧰 Pool maintenance occurs every Saturday from 7:00–8:00 AM. * Pool Maintenance person only has access to the pool area to do maintenance and keep the pool in optimal conditions for our guests. 📋 Please follow all posted pool rules. 🚫 No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. 🍹 No food or drinks in the pool area for safety and cleanliness. 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. 📸 Camera 🎥 Exterior security cameras cover the terrace and pool area for guest safety. ⚠️ Cameras are not actively monitored — recordings are only reviewed if a security issue is reported. Guest access 🔐 Electronic keypad — easy self check-in with your personalized entry code for the main door. 💡 Automatic exterior lighting — lights turn on at dusk for your convenience. (Note: lights directly in front of the unit’s windows must be turned on manually.) 🎥 Security cameras with motion sensors — installed for added safety and peace of mind.
