Lovely spacious flat centrally located in Zone 2 on Hackney / Islington border, in a residential street. *Note - building work is happening next door, the noisiest is over but perhaps don’t book if needing quiet during the day. Great location - next to Shoreditch park, a 20 min walk down the canal to Broadway Market, or up to Angel. Old Street, Shoreditch, and Dalston are also a short walk away. This is my home, so it's not a blank canvas, but I think that adds to the charm of staying here. The space The flat comprises an open plan kitchen / living area with balcony, separate bedroom and a bathroom with an over-bath shower. There is a clothing rail in the bedroom and a clear chest of drawers for your clothes and belongings. There’s a comfy office chair in the lounge in case you’re logging on to work. * Please Note - there is building work is happening next door, Mon - Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 8am -1pm - please consider this if needing peace and quiet during the day :) Next door is a Better gym and swimming pool that is open to PAYG users. Other things to note Please no parties or loud music after 11pm. This is a small block of flats and I like my neighbours, so don't want them to be disturbed. If you need to parking please let me know and I can arrange on-street parking vouchers for your stay.
