The Cottage is a haven after a day of beach activities or village fun! Sleeps 4 plus toddler, own picket fenced garden where you can enjoy the evening sun and the sound of the waves whilst enjoying the views of Cardigan Bay, The Warren Beach and Snowdonia! Option to upgrade and include the fabulous hot tub, a minute or two from the cottage! The space The Cottage situated just off The Wales Coastal Path and set within 15 acres alongside a small collection of other cottages. Your own garden provides outdoor seating to enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain views. As you enter through the French doors you'll find a comfortable lounge area, warmed by central heated radiators and an ambient electric log burner stove to keep the cottage cosy during winter months. The dual aspect living area has an L Shaped leather sofa and internet TV. Starlink provides robust internet service if you're not able to completely switch off on your holiday....whilst also enabling Amazon Prime and Netflix for your movie nights after a day on the beach or coastal path! The kitchen/dining space is cosy and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up holiday delights - electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer. The main bedroom is dual aspect enjoying spectacular sea views from your super comfortable double bed, and is equipped with wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has comfortable adult sized twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Whilst you have your own garden, we also have areas to enjoy which provide even more space to explore or sit and enjoy the tranquility - access is weather and sheep dependant! Just ask! There is the option to upgrade to enjoy the fabulous hot tub for your own use, enjoying spectacular views and positioned a short walk away from the cottage. Please enquire on booking to reserve - £190 per booking. The large shared covered space with chiminea and firepit is the perfect spot to take in the spectacular sunsets over towards Bardsey Island and across Hells Mouth/Porth Neiwgl. Being so close to Bardsey, the ONLY designated Dark Sky Sanctuary in Europe, means that if you are a keen star gazer then you'll be spell bound with the stars and constellations visible on clear nights! Not only that, but our unique and elevated position means that you'll enjoy one of the few points to take in both sunsets and sunrise!! Whilst being an idyllic spot you are close enough to walk or take a short drive to renowned Abersoch village for its cafe culture, bars and restaurants....and a plethora of local beaches and those further afield on the Llyn Peninsula. Heavenly for humans and your four legged family members too...we welcome well behaved dogs whose owners respect our doggy code so to ensure a perfect home from home for future guests too. (The maximum dogs we can allow is 2, which includes any assistance dogs. No other animals accepted.) Guest access Please use the driveway signed Cottages and park in the designated spot. The Cottage and its garden are for your use. Dependant upon weather and the seasonal grazing of sheep there will be other areas in the grounds that you may be able to enjoy too, including a sheltered spot with firepit to enjoy the sunsets! Other things to note If you would like to upgrade to enjoy the hot tub with spectacular sea views, across to the warren beach, Llanbedrog, and Snowdonia, please ask for availability when requesting to book. This must be reserved and paid for in advance to ensure availability - £190 per stay. During peak times there is a small chance that the hot tub may not have reached a hot enough temperature for your first night as it must be emptied, cleaned, refilled and chemically rebalanced for each guest...we will do our best of course..! Please also note house rules re the tub, and potential closure due to high winds.
