Farmstay in a cozy room

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with water dam, peaceful paddocks and surrounded by serenity. This room was built in 1980's showcasing charm in that era. The room is clean, comfortable and functional. It's one of 3 rooms in an annex adjacent to the main house. You need a car as the farm is not accessible via public transportation. Room is equipped with a monitor with HMDI connector. Kitchenette has toaster, kettle, microwave and a small bar fridge. The space The room is self contained and has a queen bed, a 2 seater sofa, your own ensuite and basic ammenities like kettle and toaster as well as fridge and microwave The whole property will be shared with my family but we live in a separate dwelling. It is part of 3 living areas on an annex adjacent to the main house. You may bump into us and my kids or you bump into our other airbnb guests. The property is located 7 mins from the Motorway. The incoming road has a 80kph speed limit. Because of its accessibility, you may hear cars passing through. We have chickens, ducks and horses in the property and you are more than welcome to give them a pat. It is a working farm and life in the farm can be a little messy but a lot of fun. Guest access Guest can access the room by going through the side access just next to the garage. The sliding door is unlocked. A key will be left inside if you wish to lock up while out and about. During your stay It's your call! whether you want to have a chat or be on your own. We have 2 little kids who normally walk and play in the backyard or chase the chickens around. You may also bump into our other airbnb guests. Other things to note There is renovation on the main house and expect construction noise from 9am to 5pm. The place is suitable for guests who are out most morning and need a place to sleep at night. There is no shared kitchen or access to a full kitchen. Bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle are available as well as coffee, tea and milk. You will need a car as the property is in a rural setting and not accessible by public transportation.
