Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space situated on a 60 acre competition equestrian yard. Only 400m until you could walk/mountain bike for hours & hours on the picturesque Ridgeway Downs. Several excellent pubs within 10 minute drive and 30 mins cross country walk to The Harrow in West Ilsley. Fast WiFi, luxurious beds (1 super king & 1 king) with top quality bed and bath linen, full kitchen equipped with Bosch oven, induction hob, wine fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Free parking The space As you enter the property you go into a large boot room with storage, perfect to leave your muddy boots after a long walk. There is a downstairs toilet/utility room. Moving through to a spacious open plan sitting, dining room and full kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a super king sized bed and the other has a king sized bed, with views of beautiful countryside and our lovely horses. We welcome dogs but ask that they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. We have dog towels and food bowls. Guest access You have full use of the Guest house, with parking under the carport or opposite the guest house. Other things to note Please ask if you require early check in or late check out, we will do our best to accommodate you. We have a travel cot, highchair and an Angelcare nappy bin. We also have toys and books for your little ones. We also have a good selection of adult board games should you want to relax inside. We are dog friendly.
