Guest access This cozy second-floor apartment is part of a two-unit building. Each unit has a private, locked entrance within the shared indoor front stairwell. You'll enjoy the convenience of coded access to both the apartment and the garage. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (NO EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT). Please note that due to scheduling conflicts, particularly with last-minute reservations, we may occasionally need to adjust the check-in time. We will communicate any changes as early as possible. Self check-in is easy with access codes: one for the front stairwell of the building and another for your unit door within the stairwell. You will have access to one garage space within a two-car garage. Please note that the other space is reserved for another unit. The garage is suitable for most SUVs regarding height (we have had a Toyota Sequoia park in it), however it will be a tight fit with such wide vehicles. For your convenience, you'll use an access code to open the garage. This listing does not accommodate reservations that have more than one vehicle, as overnight street parking is reserved for residents only. Other things to note Due to past experiences and landlord-tenant guidelines, we require IDs for all adult guests in the reservation prior to confirming the reservation. This helps us verify that the guest making the reservation is of legal age and ensures that all adult guests are documented in case any issues arise.
