Inviting newly renovated apartment in Christianshavn, in the Inner City. Close to the subway, Nyhavn, the Opera, Tivoli. The whole apartment will be yours during the period. It is a very quiet street, close to the canals and Christianshavns Vold, where there is plenty of opportunity to swim or rent a boat. In the area, there are many cozy cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc., as well as rental of electric bicycles with city maps all over Copenhagen. This is my home, I have lived here for more than 40 years, and you must please take care of it. The space Here is a delicious kitchen, a large bright living room and a nice bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and has underfloor heating. This place is best suited for singles or couples - it is not particularly family suitable, as I have nothing for children. Guests and visitors are not welcome in my home without prior agreement with me. Guest access There is access to everything in the pictures, including the cozy courtyard with dining area and barbecue. There is morning and afternoon sun. You must purchase barbecue charcoal yourself if you wish to use it. Other things to note The apartment is on the upper ground floor and no one can look in. There are 7 steps up and easy to take luggage in. Super easy access by public transport and possibility of paid parking on the street. Please note that the TVs in the pictures are retro-analog: you can neither stream nor watch cable TV on them. In addition, the remote controls are gone :)
