Private annex in a fab location

The annex enjoys a fantastic location just 5 minutes walk from the top of Totnes High Street with sweeping views across the town and surrounding countryside. Totnes itself is brimming with character and positioned perfectly for access to Dartmoor, the South Hams and its beaches as well as Torbay. Both bedroom and bathroom are private and recently decorated to a high standard. The annex also benefits from its own access. The space The annex is on its own floor within our home. We (Brodie and Emma) live above the annex with our two enthusiastic and friendly young boys, who you may hear from time to time, but generally the sound is well insulated. Our utility room is at the end of the corridor to the annex which we may need to access during your stay, but we would communicate this with you first, and this won't intrude on the privacy of your stay. The entire house has been recently updated to a high standard. Views stretch across Totnes and the surrounding countryside. The sunrise can be quite spectacular, whilst looking out over Totnes in the evening sun can be just as appealing. We certainly encourage you to enjoy the view from the sun loungers! If you're lucky, you might spot a kestrel, buzzard or deer. We have off street parking if needed (please let us know if you need to use this). The walk into town takes about 5 minutes, and we are a 15 minute walk to the station (both may be a little longer back as it's all uphill). Guest access You will have access to the bedroom, hallway and bathroom. You are welcome to have a stroll around our garden there are some lovely outdoor spaces, including a small (but steep) field. Please note that the steps down to our terrace are quite steep and there is no rail so please take caution if walking down these. Other things to note I'm afraid as this is part of our family home, we currently don't accept anyone without a positive review.
