A fantastic place in a quiet area. Great location: a few minutes to Moa, a splendid view from the terrace and at the same time no tolls on the way out of town. The apartment is completely renovated. The TV is still unconnected. Enough space for private things in the many empty cabinets and refrigerators. A big advantage is a very large terrace and a place to relax. Very nice neighbors. About 20 min on foot there is the top with views of the whole city. Smoking is completely prohibited. Possible extra guest in the living room.
