Cozy Jungalow Guest Suite w/ NO Cleaning Fee!

The perfect cozy, boutique guest suite - located less than 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and the airport. There is NO cleaning fee and NO chores! This airbnb has all of the essentials- a free parking space, your own private entry with personal code, dedicated workspace with high speed internet, comfy queen bed, smart tv, kitchenette with complimentary coffee, and private bathroom. Great for a couple, pair of friends, or solo traveler- whether for work or adventure. The space Located just south of Nashville in a family friendly neighborhood convenient to I-24 and I-40. We are in an older, residential area and recommend driving or getting a rental car- although Uber/Lyft is readily available. You will be under the same roof as me (the owner) and my family. I am here to help should you need any assistance, but you will never have to interact with us. PLEASE NOTE - We are a small family of three with a dog and cat. They will NEVER be in your space. If you have severe pet allergies, then we may not be the best fit for each other. We do try our best to keep the noise to a minimum, but you may hear us living our normal lives. Our most active times are from 4p-7p. Quiet hours are from 11p-7a. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space they are booking. This cozy guest suite is attached to a brick ranch home. It is under the same roof as the owner, but with its own private entrance. Guests will never have to interact with the owner nor their pets. Guests will also have access to their own small sitting area just outside of the guest suite entrance. Please do not wander towards the rear of the home, it is for owner's use only. There is a dedicated parking space with room for one vehicle. Other things to note The thermostat is located in the main part of the house where the owners live. Please let me know if you are uncomfortable and I will gladly adjust the temperature for you. There is a ceiling fan in the sleeping area. A space heater is available upon request. There is a handheld steamer available at all times; an iron and board is available upon request. We store jugs of drinking water in the kitchenette dresser for refilling the coffee maker.
