This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for a couple or small family. A three-minute walk from the beach of La Courance, and about ten minutes from the center of Saint-Marc sur Mer, you will appreciate the authenticity of a seaside village where the spirit of Monsieur Hulot still resides. The GR 34 and various walks are immediately accessible. At high tide you can hear the sound of waves from the residence. The space The accommodation is a duplex apartment, with no neighbors either below or above. The entrance is possible through the private garden, by taking an alley without stairs. The garden is fenced and secure. On the ground floor there is a hallway, kitchen, toilet, living/dining room and garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The interior staircase is not closed by a gate, so it is not suitable for very young children. In the children's room there is a mezzanine bed and a mattress on the floor. The bed ladder can be removed easily if needed. The accommodation is located in a small, very quiet residence, in a cul-de-sac, and a short walk to the beach by a small pedestrian path. Private parking space at the bottom of the building. There is wifi but no TV. Strictly non-smoking and no pets. Thank you!
