LaCasita: Totally independent HOUSE with garage

LaCasita is a small, quiet and comfortable house with a large garden and garage. It has a warm and unique decoration. Unlike the cramped and noisy downtown apartments, LaCasita has several open and private spaces that invite you to relax. It is 7 minutes from downtown. Access to public transportation is fantastic! There are trufis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the Post Office and the Bus Terminal. Easy access to most points in town. The space — The price set per day is for TWO GUEST WHO ARE GOING TO SHARE ONE BEDROOM. * IF TWO GUESTS NEED TO HAVE TWO SEPARATE ROOMS, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA FEE OF 5 Dollars FOR THE SECOND BEDROOM PER DAY. Please, be understanding , we take all bedding to the dry cleaners. Thanks for your comprehension! The house has different ambients. Here is a list of them: 1. A very large bedroom with a king bed, a big closet, a smart tv and a working area (desk). 2. A medium sized bedroom (very spacious) with a queen bed, a coat rack, a smart tv, and a working area (desk). Guests can pick whichever room they prefer. 3. A living room with a smart tv with a sofa bed. 4. An inner roofed patio with two large (patio) sofas and small table. 5. A full kitchen with… 6. a really nice dining area! 7. An inner open patio with plants. 8. The house also has a spacious front yard with two different gardens; one with cactuses and one with different pot plants, 9. One sitting area by our huge mandarin tree. 10. One sitting area next to the inside front door. Both of these areas are to enjoy the garden and Cochabamba’s beautiful weather!!! We also have a full length mirror in each bedroom which is a total of 3 😉 Style: La casita has a rustic bohemian style with a vintage soul and touches of modern decoration to meet the standards of confort and practicality. It’s a cozy home! It has an inner roofed patio where all the rooms are spread around it with two large and comfortable patio couches. There’s many plants in the patio which gives you a sense of relaxation. It’s a warm and a comfy place to stay that hugs your soul and protects your budget. For us cleanness is the most important aspect of the house; therefore, we take bedsheets, bedcovers and towels to the dry cleaners. We also contract a maid who cleans meticulously the entire house. Since the house is open, there will always be some dust in the patio. It’s just the way Cochabamba is: a dusty city! La Casita is very centric and public transportation to any point of the city is amazing! Buses (trufis) run 24/7 back and forth to the city center. You can take the bus from Blanco Galindo Avenue which is half a block from the house. Another option to catch public transportation is Victor Ustariz avenue which is half block from the house.
