Other things to note INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR SEASONAL RENTAL 1/ SECURITY: Dar Lalla Fatima is rented to non-anonymous individuals. The organizer responsible for the reservation must send a photo of the passport page of all accompanying adults at the time of booking, showing: • Name, • Photo, • Passport number, • Passport validity dates. This procedure is required by local authorities. Every future occupant must be identified. Moroccan residents can present a National Identity Card (CIN) or a residence permit. 2/ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY AND VISITORS: It is forbidden to bring local individuals who are not mentioned in the contract into the property. The staff ensures surveillance and proper functioning of the premises. Violation of this clause may result in immediate expulsion. If you plan to invite guests, prior consent from the host is required. 3/ HOUSE STAFF: A team of housekeepers, cooks, cleaners, and a caretaker is available to serve you. Their working hours start with breakfast service and end at 10 PM. A lunch break should be scheduled for them during the day. It is recommended to take the housekeeper’s number for any questions during your stay. She is there to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. 4/ HOUSE LINEN: We provide high-quality linens. To respect the environment and due to water scarcity in Morocco, we aim to limit frequent washing of sheets and towels. Please inform us if you need extra linens or a change of linens; otherwise, we will prioritize a more spaced-out maintenance schedule if the linens remain clean. 5/ KITCHEN: The property offers a full hotel-style service. Menus are available, and custom options can also be arranged. We adapt to our clients’ requests and dietary restrictions. The main kitchen is not open to guests. A small kitchen (pantry) is available for you, equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso machine, and a small hot plate. 6/ CORKAGE FEES: We offer a Moroccan wine menu. If you choose to bring your own wine, a corkage fee of €15 per bottle will apply. For aperitifs, champagne, etc., the corkage fee will be €30 per bottle served. 7/ STAFF FUNCTIONS: Our team of housekeepers, cooks, and cleaners is at your disposal to serve meals you order. They ensure morning cleaning, maintain the cleanliness of the property, and supervise the villa. Only meals prepared by our kitchen can be served by our team. External food orders are not under their responsibility. 8/ WIFI: This property has fiber-optic Wi-Fi, accessible without a password. 9/ LATE NIGHT ENTRY: If you plan to return late to the villa, it is recommended to take the caretaker’s number. He will open the door for you at night without any issues. 10/ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: We can organize your transfer from the airport to Dar Lalla Fatima. On your arrival day, the villa will be available from 3 PM. If you are arriving independently, it is your responsibility to request the villa’s geolocation. On your departure day, the villa must be vacated by 12 PM. 11/ NUMBER OF GUESTS: We rent our property for a specific number of guests as stated in your contract. 12/ SWIMMING POOL: Access to the swimming pool is not secured (no fencing or safety cover). Swimming is unsupervised, and it is the tenants’ responsibility to ensure their own safety and that of their children. As owners, we are not liable for any accidents that may occur while using the pool. The pool and surrounding area are cleaned daily for your comfort. Pool towels are provided. 13/ RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS: We kindly ask you to limit noise, especially at night (between 11 PM and 8 AM), to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at Dar Lalla Fatima. Commercial shootings and other professional uses are also prohibited on the property. 14/ PROPERTY USE: Dar Lalla Fatima is a distinguished home featuring valuable items and paintings. We invite you to appreciate this unique space and take care of it throughout your stay. 15/ GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: We decline any responsibility for theft of valuables, money, jewelry, etc. Each room has a safe where you can store your valuables. If desired, guests may lock their rooms when absent from the villa. 16/ MINORS: Please do not leave young children unsupervised in the villa. If you wish to go out in the evening, our team can arrange babysitting services at a fee to be agreed upon with the housekeeper. 17/ NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: The interior of Dar Lalla Fatima is a non-smoking area. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Ashtrays are available outside the property. 18/ PETS: Small pets are allowed in the villa, but the following rules must be respected to maintain cleanliness and order: • Do not allow pets on sofas or beds. • Please ensure your pet sleeps in its travel basket. • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including during walks. • Pets must be walked on a leash in the neighborhood. • Pets are welcome, but they must not be left unsupervised inside the villa. 19/ LOSS OR DAMAGE: In case of damage or breakage, it is your responsibility to reimburse the host for any incurred costs. If you lose your room key, a fee of €50 will be charged to cover the locksmith’s visit and lock replacement. 20/ FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: The property is equipped with three fire extinguishers: 1. Outside the kitchen. 2. Between the Ryad and Kasbah. 3. At the back of the garden, near the pool. 21/ WASHING MACHINE: USE OF THE WASHING MACHINE IS CHARGED. A machine wash, including ironing, for a 2kg load will be charged at €30 per cycle (T-shirts, pajamas, cotton items, etc.). The housekeeper may refuse to wash certain items that could be damaged. Delicate laundry and ironing will be sent to a laundry service. Prices available on request. 22/ EXPENSE AND EXTRA CHARGES SUMMARY: To avoid any omissions, you will receive a daily summary of all expenses and extras incurred (meals, massages, drinks, etc.). You may pay for extras by cash via bank transfer or credit card before your departure. 23/ COMFORT: Your comfort is our priority: We provide complimentary welcome products from top Moroccan natural cosmetic brands. An iron and a steamer are available. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. A JBL speaker is available. Television with all international channels is provided. 24/ MEALS: BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED Option1: Full and rich breakfast in the form of a brunch, served at the table, INCLUDING coffee tea, and pastries available all day 25€ per person.
