Other things to note Guests are required to submit soft copies of Government issued photo id's with address proof of all the guests checking in prior to the check-in date. (Passport, Aadhar card, Driving license & voter id) Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in can be provided at an additional cost, subject to availability. Extra bed charges are applicable for children above six years of age. All Foreign Nationals are required to give declaration as per FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Officer). Complimentary Breakfast:- 8.00 am to 10.00 am, South Indian vegetarian breakfast with bread and egg preparations. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation. Any sort of decoration strictly not allowed inside the flats/ terrace party hall. Smoking/ vaping inside flats not allowed. Playing loud music, partying, gambling, dancing and celebration of birthdays etc strictly not allowed inside the flats/ terrace party hall. Storing inflammable and hazardous materials strictly not allowed. Housekeeping daily once between 10.30 am to 3.30 pm. AC and geysers do not work during power failures. Kitchen will be equipped with basic utensils, cutlery and gas connection. Additional items will be given on request subject to availability. No consumables will be provided.
