Single, airy room in Jardim da Penha

Please read the description and house rules carefully. And when you request the reservation, let us know your expected arrival time. You will be hosted by my mother Ana Maria (who is next to me in the profile photo) and I just manage the profile and bookings for her. The space The apartment is large, well ventilated and well lit. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want, and we also have a washing machine in the laundry room and a clothesline. The bedroom, as stated above, is very airy and bright and has a single bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning and desk with chair. The bathroom is right next to the room and is shared if I have other guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the living room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and balcony. During your stay Your host will be my mother, as I am living outside the country. She'll usually be home and available to chat (she likes it a lot), make suggestions, and let you know what you need to know about the city. But if you also want to be more reserved, that's okay :) Other things to note The apartment has a parking space and if you want to have access, just ask.
