Built in 1828, the Arcade is a beloved building in the heart of Downtown Providence that has been a landmark for centuries. Restaurants, salon services, and a bookstore occupy the first floor while the second and third levels have been turned into micro living spaces. The kitchen features a refrigerator and microwave as well as a dishwasher but no oven or cooktop (that's what the amazing restaurants nearby are for!) New flooring added end of 2024 Bedroom: - Queen Storage Platform Bed - Twin Murphy Bed - Double Door Storage Armoire (hangers, ironing board, iron included) Kitchen: - Compact refrigerator with freezer on top - Toaster oven, kettle, Keurig, and hot plate Living Room: - Smart TV w/Amazon fire stick (guests log into their subscriptions) - Desk with chair for working Common Areas: - Access to Lounge located on first floor - Access to Laundry Facility (coin operated) located on first floor - 1st floor retail shops (coffee shop, cafes, restaurants) Guest access There is a laundry room on the first floor that is coin operated. The elevator and stairwell are both fob-operated. The external doors to the building are closed to the public starting at 8pm, at which point a fob is required for entry. Other things to note Rules and Regulations: -All guests to honor The Arcade's daily quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. - The Arcade is a smoke-free facility. No smoking in unit, corridors, elevators, lobby and common areas. - Photo ID required during in person check in - No parties or events - Late check in past 10PM will result in a late check in fee: $50 past 10 PM and $100 past 1:00 AM.
