It is fully equipped for a vacation stay, with a swimming pool and solarium in a garden shared among guests. Open space with ceiling fan. - Fully equipped kitchen with: 4-burner stove and oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, cooking elements and full set of dishes. - Full bathroom in the living room with toiletries. - Master bedroom: 3x4m with queen size bed and bedside tables, closet, 32" Smart TV and air conditioning. Full en-suite bathroom with toiletries. Linens. - Second bedroom: A 3x3m second bedroom with two twin size beds with a closet, 32" Smart TV, and air conditioning. Linens. - Bath and pool towels for 4 people. - Luggage storage room - Individual clothesline THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE UPPER FLOOR Other things to note Cleaning fee and additional services: The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the space at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your visit, this has an extra cost and is subject to availability. To coordinate this, please request it in advance. If your stay is 7 days or longer, we offer an additional complimentary cleaning halfway through your stay. For reservations of more than 4 days, we offer you a complimentary washing and drying of your clothes. You can request it with the cleaning staff or by direct message. Towel change: Towel change is free every 3 days. If you want them changed more frequently, we can gladly arrange it for a small additional cost. Important Information: We want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we'd like to share some important details about the area: Water shortages and power outages are common situations in Tamarindo, so please keep this possibility in mind. Although the building does not have an electric generator, we have water reserves, which we ask you to use responsibly. Our location is in a developing area, so you may experience some construction noise from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, the environment is still quiet and peaceful. In Costa Rica, insects are a natural part of the ecosystem. They are not indicative of dirt, so we ask that you treat them with respect and avoid killing them. If you leave food exposed, insects are likely to approach out of curiosity, as the jungle environment favors their presence on the premises.
