Guest access Guests will have full private access to the apartment during their stay. In addition, there are several shared spaces available for use: Outdoor areas: The front, side, and back yards (behind the garages) are shared by all residents. Parking: One parking space is provided per apartment in the lot behind the building (4 spaces total). The garages are occupied and not available for guest use. Laundry: A shared basement laundry area is located around the back of the building (not accessible from inside). It includes a coin-operated washer, dryer, and sink for guest use. Other things to note This apartment is part of a four-unit building. Two of the units are home to long-term tenants, and another is a furnished two-bedroom also available on Airbnb. I try my best to accommodate everyone and the community is generally quiet and respectful. On the 2nd floor lives a sweet young woman with special needs. Occasionally, her caretaker visits to provide assistance. Guests are kindly asked to be considerate of all neighbors and mindful of noise, especially in common areas like stairwells. House Rules: - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors in the building. - Pets: Welcome with an additional fee. Guests must clean up after pets to avoid extra charges. - Check-out: Follow all provided check-out instructions before departure. - No unregistered guests allowed to stay in the apartment.
