The Val de Vienne car/motorcycle circuit in Le Vigeant is a 15-minute drive away (13km). The house will allow motorsport enthusiasts to enjoy spacious accommodation ideally located for weekends of gatherings or competitions at Le Vigeant. A 10-minute walk from the house are 2 private ponds (totaling 3 hectares) dedicated to fishing: white fish, predatory fish (black bass, pike, perch).
