Living Room The living room is a bright, welcoming space featuring a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. It’s ideal for relaxing or entertaining after a busy day. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a stove, oven, kettle, and toaster. It’s the perfect space for preparing meals, and comes complete with all necessary crockery and cutlery. A fridge/freezer and washing machine are also included for your convenience. Bedrooms This home offers three generous-sized bedrooms, including one double bed and four single beds. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, with ample natural light and plenty of storage space. Bathrooms There are 2.5 bathrooms in the property, including one en-suite with a shower, a family bathroom with a bathtub, and a cloakroom for added convenience. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Entry is via a private entrance with a lockbox, allowing for smooth and flexible check-in. Other things to note To protect our property and ensure compliance with regulations, we kindly request all guests to review and sign a Terms and Conditions document before check-in. This document confirms your understanding and agreement with the property rules. Please Note: Before check-in, you can choose to either pay a refundable damage deposit or provide details for a pre-authorisation of the deposit amount. For stays longer than 30 nights, a refundable 5-week damage deposit is required. This deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. ID Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require valid ID from all guests prior to check-in.
