House in southern Ardèche

My house , fully renovated ( interior) is peaceful and offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. It is located on the heights, with a dominant view of the village, in the heart of the southern Ardèche. You'll have quick access to character villages, rivers, and plenty of natural activities. The space My house of 95 m2, completely renovated inside, includes 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 160x200 bed adjoining the bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed (160x200)and one with bunk beds (90x190). The 40m2 living room includes a nice fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room, with views of the mountain and the village through a large glass window. The bathroom includes a shower, a large vanity with care products available as well as the washing machine. The private garden ( under development) accessible through the glass window allows you to settle in with family or friends for meals or for lounging. Tables and chairs, sunbeds, umbrella and BBQ complete the equipment. On the entrance side, a large courtyard allows parking and offers more space to play (ping pong table among others ) or enjoy the shade. If you have an animal, it's in this area that they can stay since it's fenced. He will not have access to the inside of the house The full house rental is by the week, possible on some dates and the rate depends on the number of guests ( maximum 6 people ) Outside of these periods, renting one or two bedrooms in the shared house is possible with a minimum of 2 nights . Essential kitchen products (oil, salt, pepper, herbs) as well as cleaning products (sponge, dishwashing liquid, mop...) will be at your disposal. All this will allow you to come without cluttering your luggage. Free yourself from the hassle of cleaning, it is at the rate of 40th for the complete house for rent by the week (you are simply asked to return the premises tidy, the beds unmade and the garbage cans discarded) Lachapelle-sous-aubenas is a peaceful village in the southern Ardeche close to tourist places. At different sites you can do activities such as mountain biking, Trail, hiking, viaferrata, canyonning, caving, climbing, skydiving, canoeing, karting, paintball…You can enjoy the rivers, and visit many villages of character, museums, castles, churches, wineries… there are also excellent restaurants. Massages and spa are offered in two nearby villages. Beyond the village amenities less than 2 kms away, you will find the main signs 10/15 min drive between Saint Etienne de Fontbellon and Aubenas.
