House near the sea with large terrace

Large house for the whole family or larger groups with large areas both inside and out. Nice views of both the forest and the sea that you can enjoy from the upper floor and the terrace. Child-friendly accommodation, lots of toys and surroundings outside with a playground, mountains and forest to play in. We have an allergy-friendly cat (Neva Masquerade) living with us. Close to several bathing spots, cliffs and the beach. Bus stop 3 minutes from the house, from where you can go into Gothenburg (about 20 minutes). Parking space included. 3 minutes by car to a large grocery store. The space 1.5 storey house of 160 sqm. On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms that today are the children's (all with 120 cm beds), dining area, living room, balcony and a large patio on the lower floor. In addition, a laundry room, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a smaller toilet. Upstairs, a large social area with sofas, dining area, balcony and a larger bedroom (210 cm bed). There is also a changing table for children. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note We have an allergy-friendly cat (Neva Masquerade) who wants food once a day. She is used to children and is mostly outside. The cat goes out by itself through a cat flap.
