Located in Nova Bréscia, Casa Hobbit is a semi-underground, themed, rustic building, handcrafted by us, which makes it unique! This is our paradise, and within our possibilities we try to maintain everything with the greatest care and take care of every detail with all love and affection. With SIMPLICITY, we have the organization and the basics for your COMFORT. You'll feel like a real Hobbit, in a burrow on the ground, with a warm fireplace and all the comforts of home. It will be a unique experience! The space HOUSE RULES: -Permitied to bring food and drink - We allow up to 1 small pet, but it must be added at the time of booking. - Any damaged/missing property/furniture will be charged. - No parties or events are allowed with outside guests. - No smoking inside the house - No visits allowed Note: Please also read the important information tab at the end of the listing! Guest access During the stay you will be able to enjoy the garden of the house, which has a lawn, fireplace, and benches. Outside there is a covered space with a table and chairs for breakfast or a good chimarrão. You will also have access to our pitaya plantation where you can stroll and take beautiful photos. If the day is nice, you can stroll around the lake, and have your own picnic there, but you should ask for directions on how to get there. Other things to note - The Hobbit house is a simple and rustic construction, made of exposed wood, bricks and organic materials, the intention is not to be sophisticated or luxurious. - We leave 1 (one) welcome basket with all the items for breakfast, if you want to consume as an afternoon snack it is also a great option. (We provide the number of items according to the number of nights) - The house has only one standard size double bed, we have an extra single bed if there is a 3rd person. - No other meals are served on site, but the house has a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, electric oven, an electric pan and a toaster for practical meals if you want to prepare them. - There is NO stove in the house. - There are bars and restaurants nearby, about 10 to 15 minutes by car. - Because it is a rural property, you may occasionally hear and see tractors passing on the street, automobiles and even animals. - Because it is located near our family's homes, you can hear and see people in the surroundings, but outside the Hobbit House space. - No smoking inside the Hobbit house. - We suggest that they carry repellent, as there is a lot of contact with nature, and there may be mosquitoes.
