Cozy home in Cantabria with private garden and BBQ area. It has two bedrooms and is located in a rural setting between the mountains and the beach. A quiet place to unwind and enjoy with family or friends. The space The property is spacious and simple, with all the necessary amenities (it is my primary residence and is only rented during the summer, so it is very well equipped). It is distributed over three floors: - Ground floor: equipped, easy-to-use kitchen, living room, and half bath. Both rooms lead to a separate garden with a built-in barbecue area. Use of the barbecue does not include utensils or charcoal (it only has two grates for placing food), so if guests wish to use it, they must bring everything they need. The garden also has a porch equipped with tables and chairs, and trees that provide shade. It is a private space and is completely enclosed by hedges. - First floor: two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two 1.10-meter (3.6-foot) beds) and the main bathroom. - Garage and attic: not available for guest use. It is located in a rural setting, surrounded by mountains (Pico Jano, Pico Navajo, Alsa Reservoir, among others) and about 30 km (19 miles) from the nearest beach. It is a quiet area, although at certain times, you may hear some noise from a nearby road.
