Apartment with a view of the hills

Apartment suitable for all types of families. It is a cozy, bright house, with two balconies overlooking the Bolognese hills and located on the 4th floor; it seems to float above the trees of the street where the building is located. Located in a very quiet residential area, it is a few bus stops from the picturesque Piazza Santo Stefano, in the historic center of the city. It is our base camp, the house we live in and that we make available when we are traveling. The space The house is a few bus stops from the center of Bologna ( you can also get there comfortably by bike, on foot or by car because it is in an area outside the ZTL). We are on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a small building consisting of a few apartments. The area is residential, green and quiet. Nearby there is a regional market, parks, supermarkets and bars /wine bars. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a large living room with TV (Netflix, Prime) and a large sofa bed, a bathroom, a master bedroom and a children's bedroom (with different types of games, puzzles, paper and colors), and two balconies where you can comfortably have views of the hills. Guest access You can use all the rooms inside the apartment, except the laundry room we use as a personal storage room. For long stays we can arrange for the use of the washing machine. Other things to note This is the house where we live, we offer you everything that is inside with respect and common sense:)
