The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A couple of minutes from the beach and the local supermarket, two exquisite restaurants in the neighborhood, and a 20-minute walk along a promenade from Old Town of Kotor. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the sea and the mountains. Public parking behind the building is free of charge, (first come first serve). The apartment is part of the same block as Platanus Restaurant, at the other end of the block. The space The apartment is a bright, spacious and comfortable place at a prime location in Dobrota (Kotor), first line by the sea. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The beds have new comfortable mattresses. There is no baby bed, and the bed height is not suitable for toddlers. It is ok for school and teenage children. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the summer, the balcony is where we spend most of the time. Guest access The whole apartment is accessible to guests. Other things to note All tourists are required to register at the Tourist Office no later than 24 hours after arrival. Tourist tax is 1 EUR per night per person. The Tourist Office is located in Old Town, at the main square on the right (next to the Post Office). In Montenegro, all shops and supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Only gas stations, kiosks, and some bakery shops are open.
