There are so many details that define this location and this home. It is nestled on a prestigious Crescent, surrounded by a wooded ravine with direct access from the garden. The road leads down to the beach and Tommy Thompson bike and walking trails that take you across the south end of the city. This grand home has three different wings each with its own bath and work space with a beautiful shared kitchen on the main floor. This listing is dedicated to the suite in the East end of the home. The space The Private East Wing has three dedicated rooms in this grand old house nestled in the Beach area in Toronto. There is a bedroom with one three-quarter bed (an antique bed size which is slightly less than a double bed), with a dedicated office area located through the French doors. The spacious private bathroom is a 4 piece. There is living room with TV which overlooks the forested ravine. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed which may be also used by guests or a single-floor mattress may be used. The kitchen is large and is happily shared with guests. No pets please.
