Refurbished studio for 2 to 4 people in a quiet residence in the French Alps, at the foot of the Belledonne massif and the Grandes Rousses massif. It offers a stay located less than 5 minutes from the Eau d'Olle lift, allowing access to the ski resorts of the large Alpe d'Huez area. Of course, you can also practice all outdoor activities (hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, mountain biking/cycling) but also water sports with the nearby Lake Verney. The space - Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, plain grill, kettle and all accessories. - Dining table with chairs for 4 people. - Sleeping area with a 190 x 140 sofa bed separated by a large dressing room with a sofa bed with a very good mattress above which there is a bunk bed for one person. Linens provided. In fact, there are 5 beds. - Bathroom with all amenities with towel dryer. PLEASE NOTE: towels are not provided. The apartment is designed for the winter season, so there are ski hooks inside at the entrance hall and at the dressing room. NON-SMOKING apartment. Pets NOT ALLOWED. Guest access There is a vehicle space for the apartment. Your arrival is self-contained via a lockbox that is located near the entrance to the ground floor.
