This property, owned by the same family for more than 100 years, was recently carefully renovated in 2024 to become a guest-friendly guesthouse. The space Inside, you'll be wrapped in a harmonious mix of old and modern, offering the charm of country life with all contemporary comforts. Comfortable rooms are equipped with hotel quality beds, storage and chargers for your electronics. There is also an extra sofa bed in the common area. The property includes two full bathrooms and a welcoming living space with a 65 inch OLED Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area will allow you to prepare and share memorable meals. Outside, enjoy the beautiful views from the pergola and its outdoor lounge or garden table with umbrella and outdoor grill. A generous indoor space is available for storing bikes or hiking equipment. The region offers a multitude of activities. With its hilly terrain, quiet roads and winding roads through vineyards and villages, it is a paradise for cycling and hiking. There are also historic towns steeped in history such as Dole and Arbois, with remarkable natural sites such as the Reculée de Baume-les-Messieurs and the Tufs waterfalls. Don't miss local wine and cheese tastings, as well as the many opportunities for hiking, swimming, and cultural discoveries. Please note that due to the rural environment, it is possible to meet a few insects inside. For safety reasons, the attics are not accessible and some areas of the property are locked or reserved for landlords. In addition, three outdoor security cameras monitor the entry points to ensure your peace of mind.
