Very well located room in an apartment in the entrance of El Paraiso. Half a block from Plaza Madariaga. With very good access to highway and plenty of public transportation nearby including Metro. Also lots of good panaderias, eateries and grocery stores in less than a 3 block radius. Air conditioning Hot water Washer and dryer (for a fee) Guest access Everything During your stay Telephone, email, chat apps and in person Other things to note 1.- We will provide you with bathroom essentials like fresh towels, toilet paper, toiletries. 2.-Caracas is a very noisy city and "El Paraiso" is not an exception because it's centrally located but we have installed sound isolation windows. 3.-In this part of "El Paraiso" you will find bugs. We keep them away trying to keep the apartment's windows closed and using the air-conditioner while at home. That way you also reduce the noise. 4.-We offer very competitive prices and that forbid us from including transfers from the airport to the apartment (and viceversa) in the price (and some people don't need it) but for a reasonable fee we could arrange your pick-up and drop-off in the airport if you need so.
