Remote & Unique Location This is a secluded getaway, located below a cliff – just a 2–3 minute walk down the cliff steps. Expect peace, privacy, and natural beauty. 2. Wild Beachfront Paradise Surrounded by untouched nature, the house sits right on a wild beach, offering an authentic experience of the outdoors and ocean. 3. Eco-Friendly Living This is a true eco-house: • No air conditioning or water heaters • We support sustainable living and encourage guests to embrace a simple, conscious lifestyle in harmony with nature. 4. Rustic Natural Design The house is built with wood and bamboo, offering an open-air living experience right by the shore. You’ll feel completely connected to the environment. 5. Shared but Spacious Bathrooms There are two large, shared bathrooms on the property – designed for comfort, cleanliness, and practicality. Bingin Gem has on the first level 1 room + a big shared kitchen and 2 spacious beachfront bathrooms; and 3 rooms on the second floor. The front door is locked and access to the building 24hrs. Each room has a lock on the door. Our guests can use: common areas, bin bags, hammocks, sofas, pillows, tables, chairs. Access to the kitchen 24hrs: fridge, water dispenser, blender, stove, waffle maker. ** WARNING: It is a remote place - all the way below Bingin cliff - due to its remote location it is not suitable for elderly or largely embodied people! ** *** IMPORTANT INFORMATION - it is a beachfront first-line property - on the very shore of Bingin beach (it is all the way below the Bingin cliff). The property itself is located 2-3 minutes walking downstairs to the shore of the beach from the main parking lot. *** Guest access Guests can use all the common areas, terraces, kitchen, shared bathrooms 24hrs. During your stay Cleaning person available every day from 9am till 5pm. Usually our guests are surfers, travelers, couples. Place is an incredible destination to enjoy ocean, to surf and to relax and experience simple pleasures of life!
