East side cottage

A peaceful centrally located cottage with private access, a relaxing patio and BBQ surrounded by palm trees. Spacious open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining, lounge, and laundry. Our cottage is near Prospect Lake and less than 5 minutes drive to Ballina Beaches. Access to walking and bike paths that lead to the lake, beaches and town centre. 500m from the golf course and less than 2 minute walk to East Ballina shopping village with excellent food and coffee. The space Eastside cottage, built in 2023, features raked ceilings, a spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. A battle axe block at the back of our home, this cottage has a private entrance and is fully fenced off from the main house. A short walk along a stone path you will find our peaceful centrally located cottage. With open plan living, two spacious bedrooms complete with queen size beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen lounge and dining room, a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, and features a patio with outdoor furniture and Webber BBQ. Included is a picnic basket and blanket. Only 200m walk is prospect lake which provides a shady lake front park and lovely picnic spot. Guest access Access is provided through a private entrance, along a stone path to a fully fenced off cottage area. Guests have access to the cottage and yard within the fenced area.
