The Magnolia Guest House

Newly built Guest House is a serene space in the quiet Stonehaven neighborhood just 12 mins from uptown and 5 mins walking from the McMullen creek greenway. The place has a modern design with lots of natural light and plenty of trees which makes it feel like a treehouse. For your convenience we offer Yoga equipment. Serene outdoor area with seating space and hammock will create a memory and relaxation. Custom details makes this house a piecefull and sophisticated place to stay. The space The listing is for our small studio, but pretty functional, cozy and stylish. Earthy tones of the design were created to provide relaxation for our dear guests. We DO NOT allow pets!!!! Also it’s NOT kids friendly. This property can accommodate solo or couple, up to two people. The Magnolia Retreat has an open floor plan with decent sized living room, where you can seat on a comfortable soft leather loveseat and watch Roku TV(Netflix, YouTube and etc).Inspite of being small there is plenty of space for clothing and belongings. We offer a rack with hangers and dresser with plenty of drawers. Our kitchenette is fully stocked and has it all, including a cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, Keuriq coffee machine, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. After day of work or traveling you can take a bath and fall asleep in our soft and warm bed with memory foam mattress. All our linens are 100% organic cotton. Also, We added a washer/ dryer combo to our lovely studio for you convenience. Parking is only for one car in a driveway! The second car must be parked in the street Guest access Please walk on the concrete pathway to the stairs, the Guest House is one the second floor Other things to note Must be able to climb up stairs as the apartment is located on the second floor above our detached garage, which we use sporadically. You will hear the garage door open. Parking is available for ONE CAR ONLY. And you must park all the way up the driveway on the left side.
