Welcome to my apartment at Marina Suites Nha Trang - No. 25 Phan Chu Trinh, Van Thanh, Nha Trang - My apartment has an area of 75m2 with 2 bedrooms and 2WC with kitchen, living room and balcony facing the sea extremely spacious. The apartment is fully furnished and well suited for extended holidays. Around the apartment there are many famous eateries, markets, supermarkets and just 5 minutes walk to the sea,.. The space The apartment is equipped with high-class furniture with full facilities, free washing machine, cooking stove for the whole family right in the apartment. Nice view and comfortable space. - This is a private apartment just for you. - It has 3 air conditioners and private wifi with high speed (150-200mbps) - Very soundproof, quiet and comfortable door and wall system - The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has sea views and has a private bathroom, king size bed, super soft mattress. Desk with comfortable chair and dressing table and television. - The second bedroom has a king size bed, 20cm soft mattress, desk and clothes hanging cabinet with city view and view + city view. There is a television in the bedroom. - Spacious and modern living room. A dining table with 4 chairs. A mattress sofa with a size of 2m. - Spacious kitchen (with full of basic cooking utensils such as pans, pots, pans, bowls, plates, knives, forks,..) induction cooker, smoke extractor, microwave, fridge, rice cooker,...very suitable for extended vacation. we will prepare basic things, if you need anything more, please let us know by messaging us. - The bathroom is fully equipped with hot water, shower, some personal hygiene products like hotels. - The bed is a King size bed with a soft 20cm thick mattress. - There is a television in the living room and both bedrooms and the special thing is that both the living room and the 2 bedrooms are overlooking the sea. - The washing machine is on the outside balcony with a clothes drying rack. - swimming pool is on the 4th floor, and costs 50,000 VND/person/time. You can buy a ticket at the front desk on the 1st floor - There is a gym nearby, it costs monthly around $25, daily workout price is $2/day. - Around the building there are many Vietnamese dishes, 24/7 stores. Guest access - Welcome drink. - Kitchen and cooking utensils, washing machine, high speed wifi, living facilities (iron, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, dishwashing liquid, laundry,...) - You can park in the parking basement of the building. Motorbike ticket is 10,000 VND/day, car is 150,000 VND/day and paid to security. - The pool pass is 50,000 VND/person and 1,200,000 VND/month and is open from 6am - 6pm. The pool is on the 4th floor and you buy the ticket directly at the 1st floor reception hall. - For long bookings, my pavilion manager will come once a week to clean and change new linens for you for free. Other things to note - Always remember to bring your card or put it in the lockbox when you leave the house. - When using the air conditioner, it is necessary to close the balcony door, close the toilet door to avoid the temperature difference and the leakage of water from the air-conditioner as well as avoid wasting electricity. - If you need to drop off your luggage, you can go to the front desk. Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 - 11:30, 13:00 - 17:00), no luggage storage on Sundays. Or you can leave your luggage at the luggage drop off area on the 1st floor with surveillance camera. - We guarantee that the room will be cleaned and bed linen changed before you check in. Please note: In the following cases you guys need to pay extra: 1, During your stay, we don't provide daily cleaning, you need to keep it clean by yourself. We have cleaning tools prepared in the evening. If you need us to clean, please contact us one day in advance and pay 200,000 VND to the cleaning lady. For long reservations, my keeper will come once a week to clean and change new linens for you for free. 2, We don't provide change of sheets, duvet cover, towels during the stay. You can use the washing machine to wash your own towels and clothes. If you need us to change towels, please pay 50,000 VND to the cleaning staff. Note: If you find the apartment has something that is not clean or there are any issues that make you unhappy. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to me, I will take care of it for you immediately.
