The space This is a daylight basement apartment facing the river with beautiful views . There will be other guests upstairs. Guest access Your entrance is facing the river, down exterior stairs with hand rail. You will park on the north side of the property in the designated parking spot and walk down to your entrance. This is basement unit. Maybe challenging for some. Other things to note Access to the space is an exterior lower level entrance, may be challenging for some.
