This accommodation is close to nature with proximity to forest, lake and sea. It is a good farm to have as a starting point for various excursion destinations both at close and a little further away. In Svenshögen, you will be met by a harmonious landscape with a nice mix of lakes, forests and small farms and cottages. There is also a railway station with a stop for the Bohusbanan that makes contact with the outside world easy. The fresh air has made the place famous ever since the time when the sanatorium was run there. Best suited for 2-3 people The space This accommodation was otherwise used for private use, that is, there will be some private belongings in cabinets and drawers in the hall, kitchen and laundry room. When renting, we move up one floor and we empty/remove most of our belongings and the bedrooms are completely empty. You'll share the main entrance with the host. Once inside the first hall, there is a private entrance to the apartment where you will have your own hall to hang your outerwear and shoes. 2 bedrooms with double beds of 140 cm Wardrobe, desk and smart TV NOTE: Bedroom 1 can be a bit cramped for 2 people as the bed is placed with a long side against the wall. 1 living room that is connected to the kitchen, here there is a sofa and Smart TV. Other things to note There is a staircase inside the property. It leads to the accommodation below you. The door is locked from both directions and only the host is able to open it. Cabinet/wardrobe-like door with padlock is in the hall by the laundry room, it is locked for safety reasons as it is the electrical cabinet. Should the power go out for any reason, the host needs to come in to fix it. But this is announced before the host enters, in case of emergency and the guest is not contactable, the host needs to enter but will announce this. The freezer in the laundry room is the host's private. You have access to the fridge and freezer in the kitchen
