Beautiful Pool House

Rare country house can now become your resort, where there are undeniable amenities, and in the absolute most beautiful nature, with views of its own lake. The house is very spacious, and newly renovated For the active there is its own tennis court and outdoor fitness park, basketball, and fishing opportunities in its own lake. Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Only 20 minutes to Odense, 1 hour to Legoland, 1 1/2 hours to Copenhagen, 1/2 hour to several beaches. The space There are three large lovely bedrooms on the 1st floor, two of which are king size, and the last one is on an open repos, where there is a really good sofa bed. There is also the possibility of 4 people sleeping in one bedroom and then two in the other bedroom. Two large bathrooms, utility room with washer and dryer. Large Kitchen Family room, with dishwasher and several kitchen appliances, and exit to lovely wooden terrace on one side, and exit to Pool area on the other. TV in the kitchen as well, with Netflix and fast internet throughout the house. Two living rooms ensuite, one of which is a TV living room, overlooking the lake. The other is a living room, with lots of books. Larger open office, with lounge area on the 1st floor where the sofa bed is located. The home is nicely decorated and completely renovated in 2017. Guest access You can use the entire home, except for an office, which is locked and a storage room. Other things to note NOTE: Our pool is an “old charming lady”, and if it suddenly goes out of service one day, we fortunately have a small water park just 5 minutes from our property. We only want happy guests, so we give free admission for 4 days if this unfortunately happens. We're writing this because it will probably retire one day, but we hope it lasts for many more years! We think it's as beautiful as it is, and so do all our guests! Our tennis court is also older, but it is also beautifully located in the woods and therefore there will be moss in some places. But still really nice to play on! Fortunately, there are so many cool activities here! You will have an entire vacation resort for yourselves, which in addition to the pool has a lovely spa, Orangery, Outdoor fitness park, tennis court, lovely terraces, ping pong table, football goal, Disc golf, basketball and the most beautiful house, only 5 min from Langesø Golf Course, Vissenbjerg Terrarium, and the most beautiful runs and walks right outside the door. There are also paid mountain bike trails nearby. Legoland is an hour from here! Rarely available, and located right in the middle of Denmark!
