Le Clos de Laly is a character house created by combining three old houses dating from before the French Revolution. Over 200 m² fully privatized, 5 bedrooms for 9 guests, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an enclosed garden with a covered terrace. Stone, wood and contemporary elements come together to create a bright house, ideal for gatherings with family, loved ones or for a business trip, just a few minutes from Mâcon, Solutré and the vineyards of the Mâconnais region. The space Le Clos de Laly offers guests more than 200 m² of fully private space. Created by joining three old houses, the property has retained a unique architecture: very thick stone walls, differences in level, fireplaces, timber-framed structures, and passageways between the various spaces. As the renovations progressed, new openings were created to allow light to flow through the house from morning to evening. On the ground floor Entry is through a large entryway with storage, which provides access to the first floor via a staircase combining wood and metal. A large laundry room of about 27 m² is also available to guests, with a washing machine, clothesline and toilet. On the first floor This level houses the main living areas as well as three of the five bedrooms. The separate kitchen of about 30 m² is fully equipped: range cooker with gas oven and 5 burners, microwave, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. The living room, measuring about 50 m², offers a spacious area for gathering, with sofas, a fireplace and a smart TV. A separate sleeping area serves three bedrooms: • Rita — double bed 140 × 190 cm • Arthur — single bed 90 × 190 cm • Lily — 160 × 200 cm double bed These three bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the upper level Two other bedrooms are on this level: • Le Cèdre — double bed 140 × 190 cm. This room has an interior view of the living room through a glass wall, which can be completely blacked out. • The Suite — a spacious suite with a queen bed, Smart TV and work space. It has its own bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a large walk-in closet. The exteriors The wooded garden is completely enclosed by stone walls and provides an intimate space where you can enjoy the sunny days. A large covered patio of about 55 m² allows you to have lunch or dinner outside, relax in the shade, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the property. A gas grill is available for your use. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. Le Clos is rented in its entirety: during your stay, the house is entirely yours. Other things to note Assortment of Dolce Gusto coffee and tea provided. Two cats live on the property, mainly outside. They are independent and do not require any attention from guests. They naturally stay outside during your stay, but you are free to open the door for them if you want to enjoy their company.
