This fully equipped guest house located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale is the perfect home base for your South Florida vacation. Our Cottage features a private entrance, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, dressers, and plenty of closet space. The Large living room includes a smart TV equipped with Amazon Firestick to access your favorite streaming services, plenty of room for activities, and a dining table. Other things to note The kitchen has all equipment you'll need including coffee maker (with coffee), toaster, oven, air fryer, and all pots/pans/plates/cups! Guests will also have access to a patio space shared with the main home, where you can lounge in porch chairs, enjoy a dinner outside, and access the shared grill! No washer and dryer included, but plenty of laundromats nearby. This central location allows you easy access to all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer! 6 Miles from FLL Ft Lauderdale Airport 2 Miles from the Beach and Las Olas Boulevard 3 min walk from Holiday Park which features a Dog Park, walking trails, basketball courts, pickleball & Tennis courts. 5 min walk from local breweries, restaurants, & bars, 3 Min walk to Publix.
