It has all modern comforts and you will have access to all the available equipment. 4 bedrooms, 5 beds (details below), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets On the ground floor, there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, hob... a dining area and a seating area. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, the house has two children's bedrooms (90 x 190 bed and 90 x 140 bed) a master bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. On the second floor, the attic has been arranged to accommodate another 4 people in two beds of 140. The outdoors are also very comfortable. - A terrace shaded by a vineyard will allow you to eat in the morning, noon or evening away from sight and the sun. - In the wooded garden, the swimming pool will allow you to cool off and relax. - It is possible to park two cars inside the property. There is everything you need for babies: changing table, high chair, baby bed... We gladly lend toys and children's books and will ask you in return to take great care of our home. Sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Guest access Well served to get to the beach, the coves, the center or the old port. It is open Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. There is also a shopping mall, you will find absolutely everything you need. Other shops are within walking distance: fishmonger, butcher, bakery, pharmacy. A park with fitness course and children's playground (a space for toddlers and one for older children with zip line) is located on the street two numbers from the house. Other things to note Important note before you book: - The place is great for one to two families: 4 adults and 4 children will have the necessary comfort. - The pool is private and is entirely reserved for you. It is equipped with an alarm. - The House is strictly dedicated to the people who have rented it, please do not invite additional people. - Smokers are welcome only in the garden, no smoking inside the house please. - We don't accept pets, one of us being very allergic to our furry friends. - In summer, we rent for a minimum of one week.
