ComplimentaryLavazza coffee as extra, because we care :-) The space Large double bedroom with new bed & new comfortable mattresses, lots of amenities plus a dedicated snazzy shower all to yourself ! Great for a family, a couple or any combination( there is a double bed and a single bed). Our home is a fairly new build townhouse built on the site of an old traditional, historic Bath pub. The views are stunning and you are welcome to enjoy our Italian complimentary welcoming cafe! We’d love to share our guidebook and the secrets of Bath’s gems! Close to the centre just a few min drive from town or 2 min drive to the main roundabout that takes you to Bristol (20 min if no traffic) or the Bristol airport(30-40 minutes) Free off-road gated secure parking with a dedicated parking spot. Grand views from the garden overlooking the golden fields or for romantic star gazing/ fire pit session or just chill with some wine. Guest access The main access is from the front of the house. Further Access to the garden patio and communal garden- benches-coffee table, you can use the comfortable state of art kitchen, grand-view living room, your own private deluxe shower room/WC, and bedroom. Fancy fire pit available with hot chocolate and marshmallows to enjoy while star gazing ( communication with hosts needed). There is a desk and an office chair for studying inside the room (we can take the chair away if you don’t need it). Laundry and tumble drier facilities , following communication with the host. During your stay We will welcome you into our home and settle you in, introduce you to all the facilities and our dog (very friendly young sprocker). If you worry about dogs, let us know, he has his own room downstairs so its really easy that we accommodate and you do not see him at all. He loves everyone but we totally understand if you aren’t a pet or dog person, its all good and respected. We will then let you lead how you want to interact with us. Other things to note We have quiet time which is 10.30 pm until 7am on weekdays. Please respect the fact that this is our living space. Ask if you need anything and we will try our best to help!
