Sea View in the Heart of a little Village

Our modern, stylish, fully renovated Townhouse offers - on the top floor - a generous open space with kitchen, dining & living area, guest WC as well as a terrace overlooking the communal pool to the sea. The lower floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, both rooms have access to a second terrace and the little private garden from where it is only a few steps to the large communal pool (15x6m). It is our primary home. We are travellers and often away. Three cats live with us as well. The space We have a 65´´ Screen with Apple HomePods and two more HomePods in the bedrooms. If you bring your Smartphone, you'll enjoy the colourful, intelligent light system (Philips HUE throughout the whole house). 30/30MB Wifi, washing machine with dryer function, dish washer and lots of kitchen appliances. Guest access The access is simple via a key lock. Other things to note It's our primary home. We´d like to only welcome guests who see the advantages in this: lots of kitchen utensils, cosy furniture and private stuff like fotos etc. Cyprus is a paradise for cat lovers, stray cats everywhere. At the moment we have three that eventually show up at our place to look for someone to feed them. We don't like them to be turned away. A minimum of 7 nights. NO PARTIES! Registration details 0006416
