Ideally located halfway between Rennes and St-Malo and close to Dinan, the Petites Rives de la Motte allows you to discover the region (10 min from Dinan, 20 min from Rennes and St-Malo, 40 min from Mont-St-Michel) and its assets (Bourbansais Zoo 3 min, Cobac Park 10 min, Grand Aquarium 20 min...). Possibility to rent 2 other cottages on the property for 6 people each, Fale Lua and Fale Tolu. The space Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Adjoining on one side with another Fale Tolu cottage. The 30 m² terrace opens onto a 500 m² plot. The property is enhanced by a 3500 m² fishing pond. The 100 m² house can accommodate up to 9 adults, a child and a baby. It is composed, on the ground floor of: - a 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen and TV lounge, - bedroom 1 equipped with a 160 2-person bed and 1 90 1-person bed, - a shower room, - a toilet Upstairs, three bedrooms: - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 with 1 single bed 90 - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160 with a children's bunk bed, - Bedroom 4: 1 single bed 90 - a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet In addition: baby cot available Small detail: the beds will be made upon your arrival! You just have to bring your towels... (Supply possible at extra cost) Guest access You can enjoy the outdoors: take a nap on the deckchairs in the shade of the weeping willow or on the terrace while your children enjoy the playground with climbing wall, swing and slide. You can also have a barbecue or picnic by the pond, perhaps trying to catch fish (always catch and release!) Other things to note Access to the pond is secured by a gate, however, children remain under the responsibility of parents in its vicinity.
